The DEA claims that the Majority of U.S. Cocaine Supply Cut with Veterinary Deworming Drug. Sorry, I call BS. This can’t be as cheap as some of the more common cutting agents mentioned on the internet, “corn starch, vitamin c powder, sugar, talcum powder, Italian baby milk powder or local anesthetic” (What is cocaine usually cut with?). The DEA has every incentive to make people believe that illegal drugs are polluted with the most hazerdous of chemicals because it discourages their use. When someone says, “Hey, poisoning your customers is bad for business, why would they add an expensive, random, and dangerous drug to cocaine?” they simply say “Who knows why evil drug dealers do what they do?”. So I doubt the DEA when they say this. I’ll believe this when I hear about some outside lab results.
